Fees and Refunds
Tradezie.com offers paid memberships, which include taxes. Fees on the website are payable upon registration and are non-refundable. If a member is removed from the website due to breach of the terms and conditions or for any other reason, your remaining subscription will be terminated without any reimbursement.

1. Terms and conditions of Tradezie.com can be changed at anytime. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are updated and informed of any changes.
2. Tradezie.com assumes no responsibility for misinformation or miscommunication of its members.
3. Tradezie.com assumes no responsibility for the content of information. Tradezie.com reserves the right to deny access, cancel or remove hosts/members information or accounts.
4. Tradezie.com does not guarantee placement or bookings.
5. Tradezie.com website may contain links to other sites. These websites are not under the control of Tradezie.com and Tradezie.com is not responsible for the content of these linked sites. Tradezie.com provides these sites as a convenience; it does not constitute any endorsement of the linked sites.
6. Tradezie.com may contain bulletin board services, news/blog forums for individuals to facilitate communication between users. You agree that your communication will not:
- Threaten or defame others
- Be obscene or indecent
- Upload files that are the intellectual property of others
- Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other software that may damage the operation of other users’ computers
- Advertise a business, conduct surveys, contests or chain letters
- Restrict others from using the services
- Collect information about others without their consent

Members/Host Obligations
1. Members must ensure that their information is accurate and complete to their satisfaction.
2. Members should not damage or harm the Tradezie.com website or services.
3. Members should not post obscene or objectionable material on the Tradezie.com website. This includes images, text or any other information that can be entered on the website.
4. Members cannot use the Tradezie.com website to promote or advertise unrelated products or services. Members will be removed from the website and denied access. Any unused portion of the subscription is non-refundable.
5. All members must be over 18 years of age to register. Members under 18 years of age will need a parent/guardian to agree to the terms and conditions on their behalf.
6. Hosts/members accept full responsibility and risks for any damage or injury that may occur in their placement.
Disclaimer
1. Your use of Tradezie.com is at your own risk. Tradezie.com does not accept responsibility for any false, inaccurate or any other dishonest information provided by our registered members.
2. Tradezie.com is not liable for any damages, theft or any other such incidents suffered by the host family, house or elsewhere. This includes loss of profit, goodwill or any other intangible losses that may result form the service.
3. Tradzie.com is not liable for any comments, statements or conduct made by a third party toward our service and website.
4. Tradezie.com does not collect fees or payments from visitors/guests/students.
5. Tradezie.com does not issue payments to expectant homes/host families.
6. Tradezie.com does not offer refunds or reimbursements if a host family or home does not find a guest/student.
7. Tradezie.com is not involved in any monetary transaction between home and guest/student.
8. Tradezie.com is not responsible for guest/visitor/student or home/host family actions.
9. Tradezie.com is a link for individuals to connect, however, following this, Tradezie.com is no longer liable or responsible.
10. By accepting the above Terms and Conditions, you relieve Tradezie.com, it’s affiliates, employees and other related parties from any and all liability.
